They both are. The day before T.I. remix dropped, Mel Smith (head of YMCMB Promotion or some shit) said that the "She Will" remix was coming on twitter. Also the T.I. remix has a different background vocal track, Wayne's adlibs on the hooks are different. Also in between the last two choruses, on the original Wayne says "Ladies and Gentlemen, Drizzy" while on the T.I. remix Wayne says "Young Money"
