The reality TV star has often tried to set her single friends up on dates in the past. Now it seems Kim is playing cupid with Drake and British beauty Cheryl Cole. Kim bonded with Cheryl at her fiancé Kanye West’s recent show in Los Angeles, and agreed to put the brunette in touch with the hunky singer.
“Cheryl has always had a thing for Drake so she asked Kim if she could hook her up. Drake’s a family friend of the Kardashians so she was more than happy to oblige,” a source told British magazine Grazia.
Kim has apparently already passed Cheryl’s phone number on to Drake. Sources believe it is only a matter of time before the pair arrange to go on a date.
“He is going to give Cheryl a call to meet up next time they are both in the same city and there are rumours they are already in touch!” an insider said. “Kim hopes something will come of it.”
Cheryl has openly discussed her affection for Drake. She apparently even sent the music star a message on Twitter in the past, but he didn’t reply.
“I’d like to collaborate with Drake in every sense… I’ve gone all hot. What do you think I mean? I like his music… that’s what I mean,” the singer smiled during an interview in 2010.
Last week, it was claimed Kim had tried her hand at matchmaking again, by bringing her mom Kris Jenner together with her estranged husband Bruce Jenner. Kim apparently decided her half-sister Kendall’s 18th birthday party would help the pair realise they still love each other.
"Kim thought Kendall's birthday was the perfect opportunity to bring her parents together," a source explained to British magazine Star.
"She wanted to remind them of the good times they've shared… Kim is optimistic that it's the first step towards them reuniting."
