When do y'all think this album will be released? With Tha Carter V most likely released in May and Nicki taking all the time for this album I guess June/July?

End of the year is definitely too long, she started in like September and really became in 'album mode' in November. We already got a first song of it so I'd say september but definitely not longer, well at least that's what I'm hoping for. You never know with YM though tbh.

I don't think it'll be close to C5, so I say around August-September.

I don't think that either but they're not going to plan the release date based on C5. If C5 drops at May 5th, Nicki can easily drop her album in June or July, just like ROAE drops in March now.
