yh that went top 15 in Romania and like kinda big in Ukraine and Russia and that area of the world. this dude always dropping these international tracks, i wana see him make a US comback his shit alot better than most of the pop rnb music in the billboard right now, he needs to do a few tracks with that 2009 pop sound like down and when the black eye peas where killing it that was the best year for massive pop records. his rnb which i prefer is top class but gets minimum recognition.

the US has no space for pop/rap females. to name a few who have saturated and monopolized the market. taylor swift, selena gomez, ariana grande, demi lovato, beyonce, rihanna, nicki minaj, iggy if your name is not one of these your track aint doing shit regardless of quality unless you a old school name like nicole scherzinger. and jay has no heat to pull a no one up the charts in the US at this moment. so her label would have known any promo in the US would have been a waste..
