We were forced together and it was kinda’ like we were forcing relationships together. It is what it is. But I been friends with Chris [Brown] for like six years. That’s my real genuine friend. We hang out all the time. He lives up the street from me, so we don’t just do music we hang. I think being signed to Young Money, everybody felt like they had to force a relationship ‘cause Wayne put us together. At the end of the day the reason why I signed to Young Money is because of Wayne. Not because of Drake, not because of Nicki. It was because of Wayne and my relationship with him. I try to be cool with everybody, but sometimes, everybody just has different personalities, motives, and different characters. When you realize that, you realize that’s not a place where you want to continue to grow.

He's telling what he's been seeing on tha inside of tha YM camp & obviously, he doesn't like fake people. & record labels ultimately PICK/OK tha songs you put on your albums/tapes if you didn't know, so maybe Tyga can put out some Black Thoughts type material while being Independent.

on? tha label picking songs? its like this, an artist like Wayne or Ye, they gon release what they want b/c of their caliber as an artist. An artist signed to a label such as Tyga, he has to submit his album/tape when he's done & let them listen & they'll tell him, "oh.. track 6 & 11 cant be on there, its too (enter an excuse here)." if its not what tha LABEL thinks will sale, they will scrap it from tha project, which is bull, coming from an artist myself.

disagree with so much in here. Tyga going independant will be the best thing he's done. He has a massive following and it will only grow. Garentee another label will snap him up in the future too, he's commercially viable but also releases mixtapes for his hardcore fans still. He's down to earth, real and I rate him. Yea his lyrics aren't amazing but I think he produces good music.

How many artists have done this when being on YM? It's obvious they have problems internally and generally just poor management.
