Why do most people think Lil Wayne was better on "I'm going in"???

I thought Drake clearly had the better flow on that song

dis is an unfair thing though cuz sometimes I don't like waynes verses on songs he does wit other young money artists it's like he dumbs it down for em to make em look better or idk
