This is another food for thought thread. I hope to get more feedback and opinions like my previous thought thread.
It looks long but trust me fellas its not that bad. Please just try to keep an open mind while reading. Disagreements are welcome as this is all just my opinion based off facts as they were presented or perceived by me.
BloodKin don't even read no further... just gone get the fuck out homie...
1. A man that kisses another man on the mouth and says they are not gay is not respectable. If you gay and you kiss a man , I may not like it but I have to RESPEK it because ya'll gay and that's how gay dudes get down.
While on the subject of Lil' Wayne.
2. Lil' Wayne has been well beyond loyal to Birdman. In situations when anyone else would've and even did jump ship he stayed down. And lets be real here there would be no Birdman or at the least, no Birdman as he is today if it wasn't for LIL' Wayne. Not only did he carry your business on his back for years, he also built the brand to what it is by finding the hottest acts in the game today. Birdman not paying Wayne money that he is not apparently but obviously owed is not respectable.
3. Birdman Calls Wayne his 'son' which implies love. So to do someone you apparently love like that and call it business is not respectable.
While on the subject of business.
4. Birdman is notorious for not paying those who not only work for him, but people who do business with him and provide services to him as a whole. He has been sued by ALL but the latest of his biggest artist (if you don't include the J Prince/Drake situation) and by others for things such as producers for tracks and contractors for home repairs. I would go as far as to say it would be easier to list what he has not been sued for than to list each actual lawsuit. Not only a good business man but a real man in general pays his debts. Birdman's payment history is not respectable.
5. Birdman wants to come across as the big time gangster type dude. As if he was still in the streets doing the same shit the young niggas is out here doing. Dude is pushing 50 years old. He is a multi millionaire. Yet he still acts like a 20 year old broke nigga. In all tree of his recent interviews, tho the latter of the three was the best, he not only seem to not be able to formulate a "proper" answer to the questions posed, putting his southern drawl accent aside he really failed to put together intelligent sentences to express himself. On top of that in his breakfast club interview he clearly was more trying to intimidate the DJs into giving him an Angie Martinez style interview in which even the presence of all his "goons" failed to accomplish so you even failed to be a gangsta. Personally his recent actions made him come across as nothing more than a bully and a common ignorant thug. Birdman's behavior is not respectable.
Conclusion...
It's cool to be from the streets but to come off as a 50 year old dummy who has only found success of the backs of others ain't cool, it ain't gangsta, and it for damn sure ain't respectable.
I feel if you want people to put RESPEK on your name or to speak respectfully of you, you should carry yourself with respect and in turn do respectful shit.
