I mean, why do people get wayne tattoos? Or any celeb for that matter?

.....guess they're just a crazy and diehard fan....Or maybe since she looks like a doll, instead of having the artist draw up some random fake one for a tattoo, they just used her. People get pinup dolls tatted on them all the time. 'Miami Ink/LA Ink' tv show anyone?
