Been bumping NWTS lately. That shit was great when it dropped and it for sure has aged very well. For me it's his best project. Projects after NWTS seemingly had more hype but never lived up to it for me personally. What are your thoughts on Drake's defining project?

drake was kind of getting put on a pedestal from Wayne, so pretty much after Take Care dropped Drake took off, and when Wayne slowly died down, Drakes career stepped up a notch

Well... Yes and no. In terms of it being a project that some would argue showed a bit more maturity it was also a time where Drake wasn't fully out to the masses just yet. The reason I'd say no is his first two mixtapes might deserve that sort of respect. NWTS wasn't an immature album however it was a bit more commercialized. With that being said I think there are some insane gems on it.

For me personally Take Care is still my favorite album from Drizzy.. out of all his projects I gotta say my favorites in order go like this
1. Take Care
2. So Far Gone
3. If You're Reading This It's Too Late
4. Nothing Was the Same
5. Views (very underrated this album is incredible idk why it gets shitted on so frequently I went back and listened to it the other day and it pisses me off how people just write it off as an okay album. No fam this shit was great.)
6. More Life
7. Thank Me Later

With all that said every single one of Drakes projects have been great, he isn't slowing down a single bit, I hate how people jump to the fact he may be slowing down when the man dropped a great album this year with More Life and his verse on No Complaints is ridiculous. I think Drakes peak if that's what you're asking for was from 2011-2015 and his best effort and best album we are goin to get out of him is Take Care.
