Nah I agree.... I think all the content is there but there are too many fillers in my opinion. Would be a GOAT album with 7-8 less songs. Still dope... I guess I can’t really complain about MORE music. Better than only getting 7 tracks tbh.

I like the album but it's quantity over quality for me. There are some great songs in there though but personally think Drake is very samey for me these days, most trakes have the same formula etc.

I kinda wished Weezy was on this and a bit surprised he wasn't (maybe court stuff stopped it) but I would have personally liked to see some UK Grime features as Drake is constantly co-signing them...

This album to me definitely one of Drake’s best work in recent years imo

drakes last albums views and more life were average to me lol this new album to me definitely shook me I thought it was gonna be same typical drake like with the last 2 albums he dropped shit I’m not even a huge fan of singing drake like that I like when he’s rapping but when I heard side b(singing) I actually liked it this album definitely a 10 for me the the production and everything Noah 40 a goat producer he did his thang with the beats this album 10x better then views and more life.

and I agree with you about wishing Wayne was on here I wish he was on this album too idk why drake doesn’t add weezy on his albums anymore because nicki out here still putting weezy on her songs

anyways now that drake dropped his album and nicki about to drop hers in August let’s hope our boy weezy drops that C5 now that he’s free from cash money fam

Drake never disappoints since Thank Me Later,I liked him a lot and I still do,this album is awesome.
I don't think there is a Rap and and Rn'b side of this album,for me it's all mixed with Rap and Rn'b songs

Agreed.. I’ve kinda always said the only thing that can damage Drake’s career (besides Pusha now lol) is Drake himself. I think he may have over saturated the market over the last few years. He found a winning formula and never really moved on from it.... at some point people are going to grow out of it and move on.

exactly, he's going with what works which i dont blame him for, but people will start to turn away from it because it will get stale.


another thing too tbh, i think pusha and his diss fucked up the original album tracklisting/how it was going to sound....how many times on songs did he reference he's a dad or he has a son now....if pusha didn't drop his diss none of those lines would have made the album, march 14 wouldn't have been a song either.

if you listen to how his outros on albums sound, and listen to emotionless, I feel that song was originally going to be the last song on the album as a whole (and maybe a different couple lines about his kid taken off of it), but they changed it and put it on disc 1 and ended with march 14...

Blue Tint, 8 Out of 10, Can’t Take A Joke, and In My Feelings. I feel like he was more experimental with these 4.

I do like Non Stop and Talk Up too though just for being bangers.

EDIT: Giving side B a little more attention right now with some drinks... there are really some vibes on that side. Ratchet Happy Birthday sounds like it came right off Posts album... and I fuck with that. Haha
