They never really make announcements, unless they actually say they are. Sometimes when they're answering questions, someone might ask a question that no one knows the answer for or something. And Twist, or any other YMCMB members, might answer the question.
But mostly they just go on ustream to mess around, chill with the fans. Plus some of the famous people get paid to go on ustream!
