I just got an email from a music source. Idk if this is true but the email goes:

Inside Sources just notified us from label management: Young Money signed Atlanta Group Travis Porter. Rumors have been swirling around the industry for months that Travis Porter was talking to Young Money ever since Young Money ended up with the same beat for Bedrock that Travis Porter had for a song called Adidas. Then On December 11th, Drake Co-signed Travis Porter on his blog http://octobersveryown.blogspot.com. Young Money will release album on Travis Porter in 3rd Quarter 2010.

I thought it was just a regular label, w/people that like each other enough to function as a group...but when they get more/more diverse people then they will branch off and do their own thing.

Right but I thought that was just a coincidence since they dont have THAT many members, and I thought that wayne maybe, makes it so that they have relationships w/each other vs being like other labels that have a shit load of artists that sometimes never even meet each other. But as time goes on, and more people come on, it'll move towards being a regular label. Plus w/that explanation of what YM is, they're the smaller label and you still need a big label to get your albums and shit out. So if they all sign to different major labels, they arent all together....
