  • Old Drake Vs. New Drake

In my opinion Drake aint the same any more. His style changed over time, if you dont believe me go listen to Room For Improvement then listen to Comeback Season an then listen to So Far Gone. If you notice it his subject matter goes from being aggressive to being nice and observant. In a way you can say he grew up. I hate how people saw he is wack now or was wack because they cant really relate to some of the shit he was sayin. Ignorant ass people really dont understand his bars because his shit is well thought out instead of hurryin up and throwin some shit together and callin it a mixtape like most artist.I guess you can say he grew up out of bein quick to respond to bein the grown up in the situation. If you look at the beef with aristo you can tell that he was still a kid when that was issue. What yall think?
I see nothin from a far but IM FAR FROM NOTHIN

Hmm, it annoys me when people say that he has changed, I for one don't believe HE has changed. He's still the same humble kid that put out Room For Improvement, I do think as far as his music, That has changed. His lifestyle is alot different now from when he put out RFI & CS, So we'll have to see how his music context has changed when he drops TML.

Comeback Season was raw, so is So Far Gone. But to me, So Far Gone was more a r&b mixtape, he sang on the majority of the mixtape, not saying anything is wrong with that, but yeah his music has changed, cuz Comeback Season was real hip hop, So Far Gone has a r&b twist to it on most tracks. But So Far Gone is the best mixtape of 09 besides, No Ceilings.

I think So Far Gone was his best work YET. It received so much attention and showed a side of an artist that most artist are afraid to show. I still listen to So Far Gone and, not to mention the number of hits it spawned. Successful and Best I Ever Had to name a few.

Doin' what the fuck I want, Hate me all the fuck you want. Real niggas fuck wit' me and I don't give a fuck who don't.

You gotta understand that no matter what, time goes on and everyone changes over time. Even Wayne changed, but one thing is for sure. Wayne is still the Best Rapper Alive! FREE WEEZY!

                IMO

Room For Improvement is to Drake as Illmatic is to Nas.

"You probably still a virgin, I'ma bust your cherry,
And I'mma come through in something so cherry.
I'm sitting on Pirelli's, pumping Makaveli,
Showed your girlfriend my house, she think I live in Italy."
