Grammy nominated slash new Young Money star, Drake recently announced his first ever North American solo tour with the launch of the "The Away From Home Tour." Drizzy will hit the road for a 25-date tour backed by fellow Canadian rapper K-Os and New York City synth-pop band, Francis & The Lights. Kicking off on April 5th at the Eastern Illinois University in Charlestown, IL the tour will hit many different spots before ending on May 8th in Plymouth, New Hampshire at a private location.
Teaming with Reverb, a non-profit environmental organization, Drake will make the entire tour eco-friendly by using biodiesel fuel in his tour bus and biodegradable and recycled products on his bus and backstage. During the tour, Drake will hit up a variety of festivals including the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, plus the Bamboozle fest.
