His plea deal calls for a year in jail, but with good behavior he could serve as little as eight months. Over Super Bowl weekend, Wayne celebrated his final days of freedom, throwing a going away party at Miami's Dolce Ultra Lounge Sunday night after the game. It was there that Young Money artists like Shanell, Nicki Minaj and Drake were interviewed and forced to contemplate life without Lil Wayne for the first time.

Singer Shanell said:
"Lil Wayne is a hard worker, and we have to do the same while he's in..."

Rapper Nicki Minaj said:
"It's unfair... he's never served time like that... and shouldn't have to..."

Other MCs on Lil Wayne's Young Money seemed to echo the same sentiment. Only time will tell how the label will survive without its CEO and biggest talent.

Although they will be without their most important artist for a few months I do not think that Young Money will be down for one second. We still got Drake, Mack Maine, Gudda Gudda, hot chick Nicki Minaj en Jae Millz.

I think they will be able to hold up but they might loose a little bit listenrs tho because so many people love lil wayne and wouldnt really be YM with out him but i think they will tho they go hard on some tracks
