Remove DJ TAGS

Is there a program that lets you do this I heard it is very difficult to accomplish but I would like too try myself and see if I can somehow get good at it.

Nope...The Original Track Has To Be Released To Have The Dj Tags Removed

me too, but I need to have the same exact DJ tag in an acappella version. but like, the quality has to match 98% at least, so it can be done correctly. I remember I did it one time, with the "Mo Milly" song by Birdman and Drake, that had New Music Cartel tags.
