  • The Diner [UPDATED w/video]

    There was an elderly couple.
They lived alone and owned a diner.
They had a son who served for Vietnam after attending college.
The father received a letter from the Government, notifying him of his death.
The old man never informed his wife and she didn't know that he had died.
Well these old folk started feeding the homeless who came in, poisoned food, to "relieve them from their misery."
One night as the cops went to pick up one of the many homeless people that the old couple poisoned, they checked the dog tags the victim was wearing as he had no I.D., to only shock the old couple by finding out it was their son.
He hadn't died, in the war at least.
    True story.

The cops didn't know shit. There was a cop though that was often sent to the location and often told the elderly couple to stop letting strangers inside as they are really dangerous, but they never knew it was them who killed 'em all. BTW, they didn't all die instantly and during the time that the story takes place, there wasn't all this forensics stuff. Think about it, this was shortly after Vietnam. I'll also like to add that they fed them after closing hours. The old man took a random homeless person in and the homeless rushed into the food, not caring what they ate or even knew about the poison as the couple was real nice and looked straight.

even if this is fake, this would be a good plot for a horror movie..... of course a little bit of the story would need to be switched up to spice shit up, but it seems like a killer story (no pun intended)

              Re: The Diner

I don't know about horror as the couple didn't feed poison to just anybody, only to the homeless who they saw nothing but misery and sadness in. The woman wasn't completely convinced that they were doing the right thing, but her husband told her otherwise. It could be more of a drama, but it's more of a drama than it is a horror. The story was also on a T.V. show. I'll upload it to YouTube if I figure out how to clip the video.

                  Re: The Diner

I'll also like to add that the old woman always had her son in mind and was devasted as she believed that their son had simply forgot about them and never meant to visit. Also, their son had suffered from memory loss and might have been dramatized due to his time in Vietnam, he also put on some weight, thus making it hard for his parents or him to recognize each other. Like I said, I'll upload the video to YouTube once I figure out how.

This can't be true, if it was their son then why didn't he say anything to them and why didn't they recognise him :suprised:
