    Is the world really going to end in 2012?

    This is just for general discussion, by all means I DO NOT believe it will end necessarily....of course we had the Y2K scare as well....but then again there's so much information from ancient times depicting the world ending in 2012 and not 2000. Did we just read their calanders/scriptures wrong? Is the world really going to end? I mean there have been a LOT of natural disasters lately, such as EARTHQUAKES, HURRICANES, and so forth that were predicted by the Mayans as the end of the world to come. I don't know what to believe, I just figured that someone else out there was contemplating what to believe. I want to hear all opinions, no opinion or question is too insignificant so everyone post your thoughts!

        We've been weighing Earth down for so many years now. All the wars and pollution, we're just destroying it ourselves. If anything to blame it should be us. The world will end in 2012 if we make it end.

            haha wow! lots of replys already! as far as one of ya'll making the comment about the world not ending necessarily due to natural disasters and 'conspiracies' but more so due to humanity fucking shit up---i think you made a good point...if anything it'll probably be us that ruins Earth.

              even tho they say our generation has more power to make changes than any other generation.. the thing is we dont take actions and that sucks but oh well
