Access iTunes Remotely

Alright, hoping this is in the right section...

I'm looking for a application or something along those lines that will let me access my iTunes Library with another computer ON A DIFFERENT NETWORK (caps is the biggie)

My set up right now is my PC has all my music in iTunes and i'm going to be gone home for awhile and only have my laptop (Mac) and I want to find a way to get to the music on my PC.

Any Help?

You can remote desktop to that computer and get to all your files on it
