Most disturbing/ violent game

So I showed my friend this video on youtube of this game that to me is the most goriest, etc because that discussion came up in class one day, not sure how.

So my question is what game is disturbing, no scary only but disturbing (which can be both) and/or gory as hell?

I have that and the first but haven't gotten to the second one because I could never beat this boss in the first one where it was timed and in an apartment complex

The GTA series. Where you can take a head-shot at a random pedestrian or cop (young or old) with a sawed off shotgun, simply because you're bored.

Yea I have that game but haven't played it much, and Condemned is awkward in parts, for example the mannequins...
