No, he isn't. He, Christopher Wallace, and Elvis Presley are all dead. D-E-A-D, dead, they're not coming back unless you try to get some of their DNA and try to clone them, which could cost thousands for dollars in funding and a couple of years to argue your case of the federal government and answer several constitutional questions along with actually getting them to lift the ban on both types of cloning. Then, if you are successful with that, if you want to keep them healthy, you have to make sure that you can get a map of their chromosomes so you know the diseases they have the possibility of getting and if you can get them fixed. That in itself can take another $30,000 because of the process of it, which we do have the technology for by the way. After that, you have to make sure they keep the same attitude that they had when the original one was alive. You might also want to think about how you're provide them with all the necessary proteins,vitamins, and other nutrients to keep them healthy.

But before you can do any of that you would have to get the permission of any surviving relatives of said celebrities or else you could end up in some legal trouble that could, in the long run, cost you millions of dollars.

You would also have to think about if society as a whole could handle the whole "cloning dead relatives/celebrities/friends and making living copies of them" ordeal. Think about how many request you would get to bring back someone. Sure you could make money off of it, but most of it would go to the government because they will possibly charge taxes and need some of that money to continue funding for your project.

Then, you would have to think about what could happen if someone were to steal your blueprints, build their own cloning plant, and bring back some of the most hated people in American history. Could you imagine a world where Hitler was still alive? Do you know what effect that could have on people of Jewish decent? Do you know how powerful Volksfront, the KKK, and several other national racist groups could end up with Hitler and the Nazis backing them up? America would literally become Amerikkka. That could throw the U.S. into anarchy and the states could end up looking like a post-apocalyptic war zone.

There are several other situations I could go through and type, but I have lost the boredom that made me type out this long post.

There are probably somethings wrong with this post that people would like to argue if they care enough, but please remember, this was typed out of boredom.

Edit:Heard new 2Pac song called Watch Your Mouth (well its not new, made in 1996), disses dre on it, probably gonna be on his next album.
