Let me start off this official thread by making a few predictions. I believe the Rays are going to win the AL East and have the potential to win the World Series this year. Their team is looking amazing and they are in the Top 5 for most of the major categories. The defense is incredible and the batting is simply amazing. As of now, they have scored 93 points as a team, more than any other in baseball. They also have the best record in baseball, far above the over-paid Boston Red Sox.

My prediction is that the Yankees are going to win the world series. Money Buys everything in professional baseball.
The Yankees have been my favorite team since i was like 5 though.

Yeah Boston is slacking this year which kind of proves that money doesn't always win championships, just 75% of the time.

Boston needs to get their bats good again, people like Big Papi just aren't doing what they are being paid to do.

Too bad Baseball isn't like other great sports and doesn't have a Salary Cap.

Yeah Bostons just fucking slacking, it's really irritating actually, Watching em play is like watching a baby learn how to walk. They just keep failing, and failing, and failing. One game i watched they had like 5 opportunities to score with runners on either second or third and they did'nt convert a single one

Boston's always been my team, its actually painful to see them do so badly, especially after making it to the postseason last year.

Rays got an epic comeback last night, and had a 7 run eighth inning. They won 9-3.

the TWINS have only two errors in 20 or 21 games this season...that's sick, mane. i believe last year the yankees broke the record for most consective games without an error..it was like 18 games. looks like the twins might be able to break that this year.
