It means they both get only 1 point. There is no over time, it's group stages. Points are so that you can come top or second in your grop to qualify for the quater finals.

England played shit, US did nothing at all. We should've walked all over the US if we want to have a shot at winning the cup but we were definitely playing back, Rooney didn't do anything until' the last 15, lampard and gerrad were almost non existant for most of the game and I thought heskey was our best player today...SMH it was terrible to watch though. Oh well we'll still easily get through to the quaters.

US didnt play that well either..But should have won. They wanted it more.
