i don't think they would have let him stay even if he had gotten CL. Too many people were unhappy with the way they were playing. Would have been interesting to know if they could have gotten CL without all the injuries. But they were hit and miss anyway, and the injuries were what brought the younger players out. So who knows. Plus I think he made some mistakes with the players, and making the wrong people mad.

What im afraid of is that Jose will rip up the team LVG built and stir everything up, have short term success, and then leave a mess behind him. And he just comes off as an ass.

Jose seems to be someone who looks at things more short term. LVG was trying to build something long term. And has said he was building it for someone else.

That's true! Yeah your right Jose doesn't seem to be a 20-year manager at 1 club. He always does well the first 2 seasons and then by the 3rd season he starts falling out with players and staff. Chelsea and Read Madrid are perfect examples of that.

You know that! Jose is a winner, simple as that. We need to install the winning mentality back at the club and there is not a better manager in the world today than Jose. He's the right way forward and I reckon he will promote some youth too, that'll have been agreed in the job I'm sure.

But yeah you cant take this game seriously, germany played with a more or less b team
Second half was not really a football match anymore, could have also played in a pool
Plus ter stegen isnt a good enough goalkeeper to play for germany
Got some decent moments but just not consistent enough
Would like to see rene adler again, he had an awesome season

Andi Köpkes choice of keepers is awful and the second half of the game yet again displayed that Löw is a horrible couch i'm happy if he leaves after the EC. And i also think that France has a good chance...Spain, Italy, England and Germany can either be top or flop

agree but there were some players who also play for the A team and ter stegen is a good keeper imo but only club wise lol

and imo either France, Germany or Spain gon win the eur cup

Germany is a tournament team, we were at least in the half final in the last few big cups and even won world cup 2 years ago

I aint a fan of the national team at all mainly because of Löw and his choice of players as he clearly has favourites and im not interested in watching a Bayern team with a few D'mund players
