i think the decision was correct, it was a penalty but come on, its a shame that an italian referee is allowed to be referee in a game with the team which knocked their team out a few days ago, im sure some decisions were because of that
also i think he said that people said that he wanted germany to win the last game where he was referee so he wanted to show that he didnt this time
the penalty changed the game, we were better in the first half but after the penalty before break we were confused, thats the main reason why france won
also france doesnt need many chances, griezmann is a great player and he really can score goals out of nowhere
the final is gonna be tough

i want portugal to win and they actually might
if they keep playing defensive and keep destroying the game of the opponent france will have a hard game
both teams got dope players and they mainly score after counters, if a team wins then not by far
but im interested in the final

please i don't want to hear anything bout a penalty being unjustified when Schweinsteiger tries to play basketball or some shit
or an italian referee being blamed on mistakes made by Löw (and Kimmich, Schweini in game). Its the same referee that led the Wc final 2014 and the media celebrated it as a good sign. Im glad Germany is out the whole country (from media, fans to "politicians" like von Storch) are equally bad winners as bad losers.

Am I the only one that thinks Müller is the most overrated player like.. ever? He did nothing this championship. He did good in World Cup 2010 and 2014 cuz he was so damn lucky all the time? Idk maybe I'm wrong but he just seem to be lucky and imo he is not a good player. But Joachim Löw seems to put alot of trust in him to let him play a whole championship and do pretty much nothing in every game. I think Mario Gomez is alot better. Götze is also overrated since 2014 World Cup tbh.

Anyways he could never be as good as Klose tbh imo.

The referee was Italian and you know Germany just knocked Italy out, so I wonder if that had anything to do with the decision

but I re-watched that penalty situation and I could see Bastian pretty clearly touch the ball with his hand. I guess they didn't show a good angle or whatever when I watched on TV or something idk. But yeah he obv didn't do it on purpose, but I think it was a fair penalty now after I fully saw it

Germany was just unlucky tbh. They are the best national team in the world since like 2012 imo. But they need a new Klose

naah you trippin, müller is a great player
he always stands correctly to score, has a great overview over the game
no great technique though
but yeah germany needs a decent striker, gomez is average imo, müller is not a real striker and we definitely need one

Muller doesnt have speed, technique, or whatever these other top strikers/forward have, he is old-school striker/forward, he has world class positioning that makes it easy for him to score, and it appears to viewers that he is just lucky and always in goal scoring situations, but it's his movement and positioning that leads to there..He is great player

i really like that portugal won without ronaldo, now people will see that portugal is more than just ronaldo
still wont understand why santos keeps leaving moutinho on the bench, hes much better than silva, plays so much safer
also i really think pogba is overrated, he is a decent player who has good moments but he aint as great as everyone is saying

I know I said I was cheering for France, but I found myself cheering for Portugal since the match began. I always seem to cheer for teams that are weaker and not favorites. And France is just so unlikeable.

And as I said, if you check my previous posts, I mentioned that it will be 1:0 for Portugal. And I was right.

Well deserved, well fought. I disliked their game throughout whole Euro's, but they played their heart out in the Finals and I respect them for that.

I was so sad when Ronaldo had to leave the game, he wanted it so much, but he proved, at least in my book, that he is the best player today. He is better than Messi. I didn't think that before this Euro's but now I do. He didn't play too much, but his impact was amazing, he was always on the sideline, cheering, lifting his teams morale, he was overall real captain and true champion.

And who the fuck made those balls that they played with? It seemed like they were way too inflated, too bouncy and too fast. That's why Eder shot was so weird, it was unstoppable.

Again, congrats to Portugal.
