As you can see I have a red "botton" which says: "a-bjerg has a little shameless behavior in the past", and I really want to get that away, can u do that. The only "shameless" I did, was to make a double-post by mistake?? WTF?

I think it's some strange rules then, if you'll get a warning for a mistake....

...well we cant see it, but its probably in your settings, and its not a button, its negative rep you got. & no it doesnt go away, but you can just try and be a really good member and help out a lot and then start to get good rep

That red square means you have negative reputation...just contribute or help someone and when they give you positive reputation it'll go to green. As for your infraction, thats a different system for rule breaking which isn't anything members can do about. But with rep we can give +rep to you or -rep.
