yea no prob....and check this out also

The cheapest and easiest ways to set your capture card up is to buy an S Video AV cable for your Xbox 360. This is represented by the first picture.

The best option if you have an HDTV or EDTV (480p/progressive scan) is to buy the HD AV cable for your Xbox 360. Note that 3rd party (non-Microsoft) cables are cheaper than Microsoft's officially branded Xbox 360 cables. Note that you can't play in HD, you'll have to set it for TV (standard definition) while recording. This is represented by pictures 2 and 3.

            Audio

If you have a surround sound set or a headset that utilizes the TOSLINK optical connection of your AV cables, you can just take the Red/White RCA audio cables that are built into your AV cables and plug them into your capture card.

If you have Turtle Beaches that have the little Red/White connectors that go between the Red/White cable and it's port, you can just stick it between the Red/White cables from your AV pack and then capture card.

If none of the above two situations describe you, you probably have your Audio coming out of your TV speakers. Most TV's have dedicated Red/White audio out ports. You can buy a cheap Male to Male Red/White RCA audio cable and run it from your TV to your capture card.

Components needed: S video AV cable, audio cable, TV or Capture card with S video inputs, Red-White RCA Audio cables

Components needed: HD AV cable, TV with RGB/component inputs, Red-White RCA Audio cables

Components needed: HD AV cable, TV with RGB/component inputs

An Xbox 360 S Video AV cable.

An Xbox 360 HD AV cable (RGB)

            TOSLINK optical cable

            Red-White stereo RCA audio cables
