Actually upload is very important especially for things like PC gaming and Xbox Live. If you ever want to upload a song, movie, torrent, .rar file (like me) then you will need a high upload speed.

Also, I doubt you are getting your full 28MB. You have cable which uses copper wires rather than fiber optic wires like Verizon FiOS. You can only push so much speed through a copper wire. I don't know all of the specifics, but I know I was talking to cable/fios installers and that is what I was told. I had Bright House Networks and upgraded the speed and my connection actually got slower because I was trying to push to much through the copper wires.

But anyways it isn't important, welcome back.

Actually, Road Runner does provide service through an advanced high speed fiber optic network. SpeedTest only measures the data which you receive. And I don't upload anything. I might incriminate myself. lol. Anyways, I hope this isn't some type of "trial run" which will later end up being slow.
