To refresh your memory, here a couple of things that have happened so far:

Haiti earthquake
Chile earthquake
Qinghai earthquake
Eyjafjallajökull eruption
Tropical Storm Agatha
South Kyrgyzstan
Various tornadoes around the world:
Total - 460
F0 - 203
F1 - 155
F2 - 71
F3 - 29
F4 - 11
F5 - 0

Didn't add up the death tolls of all natural disaster, but from what I've read, it's abnormally high.

Somethin' big (natural disaster wise) gunna happen soon within the next couple years. Like something INSANE. Shit is going downhill.

But to answer your question, i'd say shit can only get better from what we've seen so far. But it only takes one crazy hurricane or something to come along to change that....

yeah and the fact that the city was under sea level so really any hurricane that was above category 3 would have a ton of damage, but yeah i think that something weve never imagined will happen. any idea what it could be?

The Mid-West gets tornadoes constantly so I don't think it would be surprising for them to have a tornado, whether it's an F5 or not. Haiti is a poor country, an earthquake or some other natural disaster could have easily torn/knocked down those buildings because they aren't stable. I'm not saying anyone could have easily survived. Unfortunately, as stubborn as I am, I refuse to believe that more natural disasters will happen just out of the blu. I don't try to think negatively about what's happening in today's society even though I do get scared sometimes. Our society has been messed up from the beginning. The only thing we can do is stop being selfish for once and fix up our community and economy and we wouldn't have all of these disasters. I just think we bring it upon ourselves as lame or stupid it sounds.

here in Norway its Very hot outside now, Lasy time we had a Hurricane (also first time) was in 2005, nothing bad happening here

I don't believe in 2012, but I think something like that will happen but not as big that the world is getting destructed

Agreed.......that was inevitable as are pretty much all off the natural disasters.....Thats the thing that drives me nuts, the earth isnt out to get us. Its going to do whatever it wants despite us being here. Like our earthquake that happened in MD yesterday. Ok......we get earthquakes, and do you know how long ago it was when we had one? Its GOING to happen again. Its not 2012, or the oil spill.....its overdue. As the Cali earthquake is when it finally happens.
