Beats by Dr. Dre
Anyone have these headphones (Studios) or any kind of Dre headphones, my friends have been telling me these are the best headphones on the market right now and since my iPhone headphones broke today I guess now is the best time to start shopping for some high quality headphones. So I wanted to know if anyone here has had any use with these headphones particularly the Studio's. Thanks!

My review on my first impressions and suggestion on where to purchase the Beats By Dre Studio headphones:
Oh my god I love my Studios I went to the gym today and worked out for 3 hours and hardly ever took them off they felt like plush pillows up against your ear and as far as the sound quality goes it's exceptional sound, I feel like I'm in the studio listening to the song (no pun intended). I'm taking real good care of them, I clean them everyday with the mircrofiber cloth that came with it , I put it back in the plastic wrapping and then into the carrying case that came with it. Also if you want to workout with them the cushions appear to absorb any sweat from your ears so they don't get inside the area were the sound comes from. Another good thing about these headphones is that the wire is detachable so if you get it caught onto something the wire just comes right out instead of snapping off the headphones. The only downsides I've noticed is the leakage, which makes it awkward to listen to it loud around people because they can hear your music word for word that's how loud it is. Another downside is that when you fold or unfold them is that you feel like they are going to break because they are made from some hard plastic material so be extra careful with them. If you decide to buy them I recommend buying them in person because eBay or Amazon you might find a good deal but chances are if your finding them at a low price then they are probably counterfeit ( just google counterfeit beats by dre studio and there will be a lot of articles to help you find the differences, I'll post one up later when I get home because I'm on my iPhone right now). I recommend you buy them at Best Buy because they are $299.99 MSRP as opposed to 349.99 MSRP including shipping costs on the company website and also since these headphones appear to easily break as many of you mentioned in this thread Best Buy offers a Geek Squad 2 year warranty which includes covering physical damage. So if your headphones snap or you spill water on them they will replace it for free. Overall I would give these headphones an 8/10 only because of the leakage and how fragile they are otherwise if you got $300 bucks lying around I would highly recommend these headphones.
