Not even me thought so but i guess keeping it updated scanning for viruses malware registry errors and ect... 2times a week may help lmaoo it plays mv movies fine but the color is purple green so I don't play videos on there BC i use my laptop for iTunes but if you can't buy songs from iTunes then I would be pissed
