I did'nt get a chance to mess much with Theatre, everyone else was saying it was cool, Camera modes are free, third person and first person. And apparently you can put up to 10 clips together ingame to make like a mini montage.

No i had a chance to actually have a hands on demo at a MP reveal party in Seattle at PAX. Only got like 25 minutes of playing time.

I think from a Machinima standpoint you'll like theatre mode.

For actual gameplay though i think usining a pvr would be easier, but for more "stylish" montages you could use the theater mode, 360 view killcams etc.

I'm sure it'll work the same way as Halo's does. You'll prob be able to download clips or w.e from your profile on cod.com and edit them with w.e you use.
