The Max Level will be level 50.
It is confirmed that there will be no Public Beta for Black Ops.
Treyarch are going to have a team dedicated to finding and patching hacks. They will be banning hackers and will be removing them from the leaderboards. There is also (as most of you know) a max amount of XP you can gain in a match and the DVARs will be reset as you join an online match.
There will also be the ability to do Combat Training to get you ready for online.
Another cool little feature are the Custom Emblems. Make your emblem specific to you.

Tier 1 perks also now impact how your character looks in the game. Flak Jacket, for example, makes you look like the dude from Hurt Locker.

Two new Killstreak special weapon care packages were shown; a chain gun called the Death Machine and a rocket launcher called the Grim Reaper (the one that has 4 rockets in at once).

A new form of in-game currency is now being added called "CP" or CoD Points. Players will earn money as they play that they can then use to unlock weapons. You will have to earn them online for anyone thinking of buying them with MSP.

Players can also take time limited challenges called Contracts to earn some dough. The three contract categories are Mercenary, Operations, and Specialist. Mercenary rewards players for kills and kill streaks, Operations are for team players, and Specialists are for unique play styles.

There are also Wager Matches, where players can bet CoD points. The top three players split the winnings. This mode includes four new game types:

One in the Chamber -- Players will start with pistols only, one bullet, and three lives. If you kill someone you get a bullet.

Sticks and Stones -- Players start with a crossbow and a ballistic knife, and a tomahawk. If a player is killed with a tomahawk they go bankrupted.

Gun Game -- All players start with pistol, and every kill gives you a better weapon. First one to progress through the weapons wins. If you get knifed you get reset a level.

Sharp Shooter -- All players start with the same randomly selected weapon. Weapons cycle, but everyone has the same weapon.

Also all the new guns and the customisation.

The special weapons are available ONLY IN the Gun Game mode and out of care packages. They will not be an unlockable weapon.

EDIT: You have the pro version of hacker listed, the standard version is basically Sitrep.

5 Napalm Strike drops incendiary shells instead of explosive...lights the whole are on fire
6 Sentry Gun $3200
6 Mortar Team this will probably be shit lol
7 Attack Helicopter
7 Valkyrie Rockets $4000 - Bazookas...once you shoot the missile, you control it ..basically the predator missile except not coming down from the sky...its in your hands
8 BlackBird $4500 - a very fast and stealth spy plane, unknown if it will be equipped with weapons
8 Rolling Thunder $4500 - basically is the stealth bomber except it looks nothing like it and its not stealth
9 - Chopper Gunner $5000
11 Attack Dogs $6000 vicious puppys that keep spawning for about a minute and get you a lot of kills
11 Gunship - AC130

The blackbird will show you your enemies in red boxes like the ac-130, but on your screen, like a wallhack.

Wow, they have a perk that makes you invulnerable to flashbangs and tear gas? That's stupid as fuck, I can understand the tear gas, but flashbangs are an essential part of the game.
