I have yet to find a website that lets you download em for free, all I've found are websites selling mixtapes & albums that have been chopped & screwed..In order to chop & screw em yourself you need a recording program installed on your computer so that you can slow down the pitch of the vocals on a track to a negative number so you can get that slow sound from the vocals...then of course you have to chop the track or the beat so the vocals can fit properly without sounding wack etc. etc...
