My personal favorite rap group ever is Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, they're so underrated for what they've done for Rap/Hip-Hop. They're the best "Rap Group" ever in my opinion. Best label I'd have to say Young Money just because I don't see them as a group, they're more label-mates than group-mates cuz Young Money is a label & not a group since the members are all singed to Young Money Ent. & not a group called Young Money who would then have to be signed to another label like Cash Money.
Back in the day the best label would've been Deathrow if it wasn't for Dre going his own way, as well as everyone else & Pac dying..But Pac was leaving regardless so I guess Deathrow wasn't meant to be
And if none of that would have ever happened, maybe Aftermath wouldn't exist right now & Eminem would be some unknown white rapper still battle rapping in Detroit

As far as group [and there's prob some I haven't heard of that could be really good] is probably Wu Tang, just god lyricists on a few of their albums.
