Fallout: New Vegas

Anyone interested in this game? Its out for XBOX 360, PS3, & PC. I'm thinking bout getting it today

I had Fallout 3 and got up to the 11th or 12th level before it froze up and I couldn't progress anymore.

I need to know if this is any good, i have heard that there is a lot of glitches though....

Yeah, I heard/read the same thing. Stuff floating in air, creatures running through objects. But Fallout 3 had a few glitches too. I think its because it's such a huge map.

New Vegas lights up nicely at night and shines like a beacon across the wasteland. But there are a few frustrating issues with graphics clipping and items that seem to float in midair for no apparent reason.
Backing out of a firefight and into a door melded my character with the door frame and locked me into place, necessitating a restart. Monster scorpions that chased me across the desert would sometime phase through obstacles in their way -- and no, it isn't one of their abilities.
Tossing dynamite into a crowded room is a good way to clear out enemies. While body parts and various items in the room go flying, not all of them make it back down to earth, instead floating in the air.
There was also an issue that froze the game when I was attempting to target an enemy around a corner. While I could see the enemy and target it, the action would not progress beyond the targeting mechanism and a restart was needed.

The footage and game play is a little..awkward/unusual from most games that come out. But, I will say, if you want a game that really gives you your moneys worth, get this, or Fallout 3.

You have to seriously dedicate time to playing and beating this game. I can't say how many hours I've put into mine, and I was roughly half way.

Hell yeah..I had to start my Fallout 3 over because I got stuck inside one of the monuments and I'd open a door and it'd freeze up. Unfortunately I didn't have any previous saves that were far enough back.

^^^ yeah i know. i've restarted many times cause the first couple of times i played i had no idea what to do and so i always fucked myself over. but i just restarted like 2 days ago and i'm doing things right now

Playing through it now, I love it, but the bugs are still present, just like FO 3.
