Indiana I'm hoping can pull it off. But they've started falling off badly and they need the #1 seed. Paul George still isn't a superstar and is way to inconsistent. The East is a joke though, Miami will be waiting in the Finals for a team from the West that has had to battle hard every single round pretty much.
& the Spurs are considered a small market. That isn't a diss or anything WeezYIsCraaazY will tell you the same thing. The Lakers have been terrible this year for way more reasons than Kobe being hurt. Obviously having the best player of our generation only play 6 games the whole season will kill you, but we've had more injuries as a whole roster than anybody I've ever seen. We've had more different starting lineups than anybody in the NBA... We played a game at Cleveland where we had such few amount of players available Chris Kaman fouled out of the game but had to keep playing because we didn't have any more players to sub out.
& what you're saying doesn't make sense. No NBA team without there best player would've won the Championship. None of those Spurs teams would've without Duncan, so obviously the Lakers wouldn't have in 09' and 10' without Kobe.
The Lakers rebuild themselves better than anybody. We'll have a lottery pick this year, and get some superstars within the next two years. We have everybody's contracts coming off the books pretty much as well, we'll be fine like we always are. We have 1-2 bad seasons then bounce back and are right back on top. It's been like this since the Lakers have been a franchise they're the most successful NBA franchise for a reason. They win championships every decade.
