Did you just say that Wade is better than West?
The guy is in the logo of the NBA. He averaged over 40 PPG in playoffs. Have you read his book on how he lived? Jerry West is the definition of success and persistence.

You can't judge just by titles. I mean, Luke Walton won 2 titles, Adam Morrison 2. Will Perdue won 4 titles averaging 5 points per game.
If you judge only by titles, then Bill Russell is two times better than Jordan ever was..

Wade is not consistent. Wade is not from the same cloth as Jordan or Kobe.
It's not about the points or the titles. It's about what he has done in the NBA and for the NBA.

1. He is one of the reason that Lakers are what they are now.
2. His nickname was "MR. CLUTCH"
3. He was 5 times All-NBA Defensive first team, even though he was offensive player.
4. Jerry West was Jordan before Jordan. He was the ultimate clutch player.
5. He scored a half-court game tying shot that sent the playoff game to overtime.
6. He has a fuckin' statue in LA.
7. He is 1 of the 50 best NBA players, will Wade be?
8. He was responsible for acquiring Shaq and Kobe for the Lakers.
9. He is the NBA Logo.
Don't get me wrong, Wade is amazing player. But comparing him to West is just stupid.
Firstly, because Wade still plays the game, secondly because it's two completely different periods of time when they played.
West would have would much more titles if he wasn't going against all might Bill Russell.
And on the other side, Wade wouldn't have won any title if it wasn't for Shaq and LeBron.
But, I won't catch on that, because basketball is a team sport, and it's supposed to be like that.
