It does raise your blood pressure, but it's also soothing.
It's addicting too, i was stupid enough to smoke in grade 8 and now i can't quit lol.
It is a waste of money and if any kid wants to start smoking DON'T IT'S STUPID AS HELL!

It's never too late to quit you just need to find the will power, my uncle smoked for 20 years a pack a day and he just stopped cold turkey and hasn't touched one in 7 years.

It's never too late to quit you just need to find the will power, my uncle smoked for 20 years a pack a day and he just stopped cold turkey and hasn't touched one in 7 years.

I read somewhere that on average it takes on average like 8 attempts to quite before you're actually successful. My uncle smokes and he's tried to quit like 5 times yet but hasn't done it yet

Yeah my friends try quitting all the time, one friend of mine has gone 3 weeks so far. So I try to support him but I always wonder to myself how long before he gives in. Some people are able to do it and some others who have addictive personalities just can't help themselves. I noticed a lot of people who I went to high school with began after they graduated and didn't have to worry about sports and things like that anymore.
