              You need to do squats, its one of the best ways to work out your legs
              Its very effective though, if you just do 10 squats
              in 7 days you'll already see your leg muscles getting bigger.

                      no I'm small, 5"6.

                      They only ache a little during football, I can carry on players for ages, its if I run long distances or ride a bike for long distances, then my legs just give up.
