I didn't want to make a thread so I'll post what I posted on KTT

C3 Sessions is one of the best hip-hop projects of the modern era.
Wayne is the best rapper to come out after 97.
The Carter series is the best hip-hop trilogy of all time (excluding C4, C4 is still an alright album though).
Wayne dropped Da Drought 3, which is widely considered as the best mixtape of all time.
Wayne completely changed the game with his work ethic in his features, his albums, and his mixtapes from 2005-2009.
Jay gave Wayne the torch, no one else.

I think people also forget that Wayne almost has two careers as a legend. Wayne was on the Hot Boyz, which that itself, classifies him as a southern legend.
