Been feeling a bit sick lately. It just started today, just nose blocked and sometimes running. Been coughing a lot. Anyone know anything that will help? and real quick?
It just started about 12 hours ago so relatively new stuff. Stopped drinking cold stuff, and drank some tea. Took some ibuprofen and some other pills but feeling worser.. ugh.

i dont take medicine or pills ...ever

also get one of those nasil squirt bottles and put that in your nose, it makes it feel really cold and it gets rid of everything inside
