Just right click > properties and click change icon and go to the downloaded icon pack file and change all the icons that you want changed etc..

Exactly. But remember if you change Google Chrome icon on the desktop and pin it to your taskbar, it will disappear if you delete it So keep all your changed icons in a folder.

Just add a folder inside that folder you already made called "Icons to change" or something and drag all the icons you wanna change into that map.

Then you start the
