Well, I made the offer yesterday (all I was doing before was going thru some paperwork, see how much of a loan I could get approved for (6 digits btw)). The seller has between 24-48 hours to accept the offer. And today I'm supposed to be meeting with my realtor today to go over more paperwork.

And I found out yesterday closing could come as fast as 30 days.
