stupid question anyone can answer..Is Anne not on C4 because it was never gonna be or because it leaked early?

First was intended for Swizz Beat'z ''Haute Living'' then for C4 but then I guess they scrapped it and let Karen release it cause The Empire and someother guy had it and was going to leak them, they did the same thing with RAI. Empire released a snippet of Right Above It (RAI) as first single for DIO 7 and BAM it was officialy released full with no tags as a single on itunes.
