Question. If a college you're waiting on an admission decision from sends you an email saying that "now you need to set up a personalized email with us and complete all these steps" without explicitly saying "you're admitted", should I automatically assume that I am? its basically a show that follows a relationship between this guy and his neighbors dog (wilfred). The only thing is that everybody else sees wilfred as a dog but he sees him as like a person in a dog suit.
