He's improving, but, Wayne will never be as good as he was; expected after a certain amount of years rapping.

Hopefully. This past year has been bad for Wayne, in my opinion.

Yeah. I did say he owned rap this year in the eyes of success. Which is great: it's kinda where Wayne fits in with music right now.

Just want a little more raps like Rollin', Hustle Hard and the last part of Pres. Carter.
