Just re-listened to the Carter IV and I must say that Wayne was sniffing crack or some shit because lyrically it is horrible...no substance no creativity....but it did have some good beats..

Not the entire album though. President Carter, Mirror and Novacane were pretty good lyrically to me.

I think it's pretty safe to say Wayne was just messing around while recording C4. He wasn't 100% serious mode on this one.
