Well, Wayne stole like ten consecutive lines from Jay-Z's Lucky Me. I find the probability of stringing together around 60-100 words in the correct order to be highly unlikely, so I'm pretty sure that Jay-Z was the first one to do it.

There are 1,013,913 distinct words in the English language, so putting 60 words in the correct order before someone else originally said them comes to a probability of about 0.0000000000000000000000000000000000043%.

I might not have counted the amount of zeroes correctly.
