I truly think the reason y'all adore Kendrick and them so much is because they're looked at as intelligent... Rapping about historical events etc. It makes y'all feel, emphasize the word feel, smart and makes y'all think you can win any argument of having the best music taste because the artist is "intelligent".

Nah that might be why some people like him, I can listen to his music and relate it to something in my life. It's like he sees shit the same way. Because he raps about life, real shit..lol at historical events. He did in like a song or two lol. His production is crazy, and his style is unique unlike your favorite rappers they all sound the same.
